Narrative

There is a Pte. George H Haines of the Leicestershire Regiment in the WW1 medal index. Reg. no. 45597. Mum mentioned him having been taken prisoner during the War. I visited the National Archives on 20 Oct 2005 and was unable to find any trace of his Military Record.
